Site 107: The best spot on the best road on Lovesick Lake. The porch is built as a beautiful perch over a quiet cul-de-sac. Sit on your porch and in the middle of the forest. Your neighbors are friendly and respectful.

Great for adults: This beautifully updated 38’ cottage trailer is unique amongst campers because it contains two large beds – one on each side of the trailer in their own rooms – making it perfect for a couple with guests or for people who want to have friends over!

A beautiful home office: The trailer is hard wired with Ethernet, or you can use wireless. There is actual fiber to the park. Plans are offered with speeds available up to 100 Mbps. The front porch has a retractable awning and is a great place to work -- the park is very quiet during the week. :)

A modern cottage: Our trailer is 10 years old and has been lovingly updated. It features a new (2020) Weber Genesis grill, a modern kitchen table with expandable leaves, full-size refrigerator, an electric reclining loveseat, a standard sized toilet, and an HD monitor on an arm that swings out (perfect as a TV or as a second monitor for your mobile office!). A shed is also included for storing items for your boat, firepit, deck, or seasonal adventures.

World-class boating: The park is right on beautiful Lovesick Lake at Burleigh Falls on the Trent Severn Waterway. Boaters come from all over the world every year to boat on the Trent and one trip to the park will make you realize why. Keep your boat at the park’s marina and spend your weekends exploring the towns and cities of the waterway.

Turnkey and sturdy: The trailer is ready for you to move in right now and enjoy. A permanent roof over the slide-outs ensures protection from water and the elements. We had the trailer professionally inspected before we moved in, and we have maintained it perfectly since. All winterizing and service has been performed by the park.

Easy upkeep: The Lovesick Park team are available for any repairs, large or small, or even enhancements, should you need them.

Winter access: Lovesick Park offers winter access – and there is plenty of Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing in the area. Or just come and enjoy the solitude of a winter evening by the fire.

Reason for sale: Moving to Quebec. Unfortunately, our work is taking us to a new province. We will very much miss Lovesick and the waterway, and already have plans to return as a guest this year.
